Options Insurance
Options Insurance was started for people who don't like to think about insurance – to offer the kind of thorough, level-headed, individually-focused thinking about insurance that you’d do for yourself, if you were into that kind of thing. The brand represents a confidante on your side, protection, with a personal touch. I was able to design beyond the expected and express the brand's unique strategy and personality.
mihealth E-Commerce Site
Mihealth is a first-of-its-kind tech-enabled brand that empowers the patient/physician relationship like never before. Mihealth offers a new way to organize, manage and communicate a summary of the patient's health and relevant personal information in a form that is available to the patient at all times. The mihealth E-Commerce site consists of a personalized web portal for patients to set up their data and personal online account. A simple user experience and approachable visual platform leads users smoothly through the account set up process.
Premium Gourmet
Premium Gourmet is a newly founded food and beverage company based out of Oslo, Norway. A custom font was designed for a word-mark, featured in gold/yellow and black accompanied by a secondary brand mark. The brand mark represents food (a fork) and superior quality (crown). Communicating what the brand is about and emphasizing the unique and high quality of product was a priority.
Herb Rub Packaging
This package was designed for a fictional natural foods company, Joe’s Homegrown. Shown here is a set of herb rubs for chicken, fish, pasta and steak called “Perfect Herb Rub Set”. Colorful textures and repeating patterns create an interesting, organic design. Decorative freshness seals and muslin bag holds the stack together.
Joe's Homegrown Site
Joe's Homegrown is a co-op site featuring the Perfect Herb Rub set shown in the previous project. The website features information for co-op members and shoppers, updates from the co-op community in the form of a blog feed, and twitter updates from fans of Joe's Homegrown. The site offers users the opportunity to browse products, shop online, locate the nearest co-op, see new products, keep up on events and contribute to online conversations and twitter comments.
175ONE Vodka
In 1751, Russia officially considered vodka a taxable product. 175ONE vodka is shipped from Russia to the US; the design concept for this product was based off of an import/export theme with the use of strong grids and stamps to resemble shipping labels. The intent of the campaign was to promote vodka in a new way, by advertising it's uncommonly-known uses. Removable nozzle heads for different uses advertise this paradigm shift in an unusually eye-catching way.
175ONE Vodka iPad App
This app features recipe browsing, distributor locater, user manuals and a mobile shopping experience for 175ONE, a multi-purpose vodka product. (Project directly above) The app was created to give users of the product a chance to explore the unique uses of this product through an interactive experience.
Choc-o Lattes
Choc-o lattes are a personal brand of organic, chocolate-covered espresso beans. I felt that the coffee carton-shaped package fit the brand name, Choc-o lattes. The brown, recyclable, craft paper gives an organic feel and I chose the font for it’s resemblance to a coffee stain.
Distance Makes No Difference
Distance Makes No Difference was a mobile experiment executed by Sevnthsin; employees worked mobily for ten work days and tested interactive communication skills. This infographic poster send-out is a collection of the retrieved data. Back cover designed in collaboration with Danielle Truckenmiller; initial branding by Aaron Shekey.
Minneapolis Mosaic
This poster design was chosen as a part of the Minneapolis Mosaic art festival campaign in Minneapolis, MN. The design was also used in flyers and postcards in the campaign.
Stitched Up
“Stitched Up” is a small, independent and locally owned sewing and alterations shop. I have created an identity system that expresses the purpose of the shop while still existing as a professional and clean-looking brand. The design work is based off an a vintage sewing pattern.
